Los ingredientes que
deben tener a la mano son los siguientes:
- 1 auyama mediana.
- 150grs de mantequilla.
- 4 huevos.
- 2 tazas de azúcar.
- 1 lata de leche condensada (sólo se utilizan ¾).
- 1 cucharadita de vainilla.
- 8 cucharadas de harina.
- Canela al gusto.
The ingredients that should have at hand are the following:
- 1 median pumpkin
- 150 grams of butter.
- 4 eggs
- 2 cups of sugar.
- 1 can of condensed milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 8 tablespoons of flour.
- Cinnamon to taste.
Iniciemos a preparar!!
Primero que todo debemos
lavar y picar en pedazos medianos nuestra auyamita, para luego colocarla a
cocinar hasta que se ablande, cuando ya estén bien cocidos todos los pedazos
los retiramos del fuego y los dejamos enfriar; luego de esto podemos proceder a
quitarle la concha y hacemos una especie de puré, es decir trituramos un poco
la auyama (dejar algunos pedacitos si se desea).

Meanwhile we beat the butter and sugar in a bowl or cup in which it is going to prepare the mixture, beat, beat until it is creamy and do not feel sugar lumps, now we incorporate little by little the crushed pumpkin and beat again until that everything is put together (if when adding the pump they feel that there is not a homogeneous mixture they can put the mixture in the blender and beat until it is unified).
The next step is to add the eggs one by one and then the teaspoon of vanilla, beat and integrate ¾ of condensed milk pot and then add the flour and go beat gradually as you go throwing each spoon .
Our mix is ready !! Now we pour it into the mold that we want, according to the way you want it, we made it in a rectangular mold and in a round little one; then we put them in the oven at 180º for about 45min (approximately).

meterlo en el refrigerador por unas 5 o 6 horas para que quede bien compacta y
de esta manera lograr servir nuestra riquísima torta decorándola con un pequeño
rocío de canela al gusto…
